After parking you take a tram up to the museum. The Getty Center was established in 1997 for $1.3 billion, and designed by architect Richard Meier. Just east of The Wilshire Corridor you can find three museum all next to each other. The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (MOCA) is located near the corner of Wilshire Blvd. and La Brea. It features collections from over 6,000 works from David Hockney, Sam Durant, George Segal, and more. Next door to the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles is the La Brea Tar Pits & George C. Page Museum. A saber-toothed cat, giant ground sloth, a dire wolf and other fossils have been discovered at The La Brea Tar Pits. Just across the street from MOCA, is the Petersen Auto Museum. For car enthusiast, young and old, the Petersen Museum has a wide variety of automobiles – passenger cars, stations wagons, pickups, buses, limousines, SUVs, motorcycles, mini bikes and more. The kids will enjoy the hot wheel collections and racetracks at the Petersen Museum.

Just down the street from MOCA is the Craft and Folk Arts Museum. Located at 5814 Wilshire Boulevard, The Craft and Folk Art Museum has many great exhibits.
