Caron has a passion for real estate, architecture and design, has invested in, remodelled, leased, purchased, and sold many properties. She also is experienced in property management, relocation work, and staging. This adds value to her client relationships, providing a creative and knowledgeable perspective when it comes to assessing a property, determining its potential and creating value. Her understanding of client needs combined with excellent negotiating skills ensure thoughtful representation throughout the transaction.
Caron loves the City of Los Angeles and knows the different neighborhoods and how they continue to evolve, including the emerging areas.
“Although I specialize in the area of Little Holmby, Beverly Hills, Westwood and the Wilshire Corridor, I go wherever my clients need me, working on transactions from West Hollywood to Malibu,” Caron says. “I also have brokered many investment properties outside of the area. L.A. is going through a transformation and it’s exciting to see where the opportunities are.”
A licensed broker, Caron is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and fully understands the unique challenges facing seniors when they sell their homes and transition into a new lifestyle. She is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and a board member of the Holmby Hills Homeowners Association. Active in the community, she has two sons and is a past P.T.A. member for Warner Ave. Elementary School and has been an Allied Member of ASID, the American Society of Interior Designers.
Prior to embarking upon her real estate career, she worked for years on architectural projects, built a successful fashion design and manufacturing company, and had a retail store.
